An unscheduled power outage is affecting Brooklyn, Bailey's Muckleneuk, Nieuw Muckleneuk and Waterkloof.
Please report and obtain a reference number.
The cause of the power outage is currently unknown but as soon as I have more information, I'll provide feedback on the cause of the outage and the estimated repair time.

HOW TO REPORT A POWER OUTAGE TO THE CITY OF TSHWANE
Option 1 - Online (recommended):

▪️ Enter your City of Tshwane account number
▪️ If you are on a prepaid meter, enter your prepaid meter serial number
▪️ Enter your ten-digit cellphone number
▪️ Enter specific details about the power outage, such as when it occurred, whether your household is alone without power, and whether your neighbours are affected.
▪️ Click Submit to Control Center
Option 2 - SMS:
▪️ SMS the word "power" (without quotation marks) followed by your City of Tshwane account number to 44676 or 082 612 0333.
▪️ Please note you might not receive a reply immediately depending on the time of day.
Option 3 - Phone:
▪️ Phone 012 358 9999 or 080 111 1556 (toll-free)
▪️ Press option 3 for Electricity, Roads, Stormwater, Water & Sanitation and Waste Management
▪️ Press option 1 for Electricity, Streetlights and Smart-metering
